Van Kirk & Sons Pools & Spas Starts Construction on Lion Country Safari Water Feature Expansion!

Van Kirk & Sons Pools & Spas recently started construction on a new water attraction, featuring a wading pool and interactive water play structure, at Lion Country Safari, located in West Palm Beach, Florida! Ranked as one of the “10 Best Wildlife Parks” in USA Today’s “10Best” Reader’s Choice contest and winner of the 2017 Providencia Award, the top tourism award for Palm Beach County, Lion Country Safari offers guests an incredible opportunity to explore Florida’s only drive-through safari and walk-through amusement park. The park is home to over 1,000 animals roaming wide-open, naturalistic habitats in large herds and is currently home to the largest herd of zebra outside of Africa, one of the largest herds of giraffe in the United States, and a large herd of rhinos with a long history of breeding success. Lion Country Safari’s walk-through park offers animal feeding experiences, rides, food, shopping and more! The park has been featured on National Geographic, The Golf Channel, and Travel Channel and has been recognized with a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. Since August, Van Kirk & Sons Pools & Spas have been digging away, preparing for the new pool and water features. Keith Warren, Project Manager, says “We are excited about the opportunity to really create an expansion that’s really going to benefit the guests that come to the park each and every day.
