This project includes construction of a main ground level beach pool, lap pool, and spa as well as elevated spas and 2 penthouse spas on the 55th and 56th floor. The Jade Signature building overlooks beautiful Sunny Isles Beach and they wanted the pools water colors to match the ocean colors while adding a vibrant look which we feel we accomplished.
